Meditation is a technique that helps you take control of your mind and your life. This website is dedicated to helping you take charge of your life through a variety of techniques.

4-week meditation challenge

With this FREE 4-week meditation challenge, you get an opportunity to establish your meditation habit. You can enrol in the program even if you don’t know any form of meditation.

You commit to meditating daily for at least 10 minutes a day, for 28 days consecutively. That’s it. It’s that simple.

Weekly online meditation sessions

The meditation sessions online will help you experience the benefits of meditating in a group while sitting in the comfort of your home. Simply meeting weekly can aid you in deepening your practice, especially if constraints prevent you from meeting meditators in person.

The sessions are free and are scheduled on Saturdays 8.30 AM India time, for 40 minutes weekly. To join register and receive your login details for the video session
